Markandey Katju Statement: सुप्रीम कोर्ट के पूर्व न्यायाधीश मार्कंडेय काटजू ने भारत में चल रहे एक आंदोलन को लेकर ऐसा दावा किया है, जिसने राजनीतिक बहस को हवा दे सकती है। काटजू ने आशंका जताई कि इसके पीछे अमेरिकी सरकार हो सकती है और वह कथित तौर पर गुप्त रूप से फंडिंग कर रही हो। उन्होंने इस संभावना को भारत के BRICS में सक्रिय रुख और रूस-चीन के साथ बढ़ते संबंधों से जोड़ा है। हालांकि, इस दावे के समर्थन में कोई पुष्ट प्रमाण सामने नहीं रखा गया है।
काटजू ने अमेरिका पर क्यों जताई आशंका?
काटजू ने सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म X पर कहा कि अगर अमेरिकी सरकार भारत में चल रहे मौजूदा आंदोलन के पीछे हो और उसे गुप्त रूप से फंडिंग दे रही हो, तो उन्हें हैरानी नहीं होगी। उनके बयान का संकेत भारत की विदेश नीति और अमेरिका के साथ उसके रिश्तों में मौजूद मतभेदों की ओर था।
उनका तर्क है कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की सरकार रूस और चीन के साथ संबंध मजबूत कर रही है, जबकि इन दोनों देशों को अमेरिका अपना प्रतिद्वंद्वी मानता है। इसी संदर्भ में काटजू ने आशंका जताई कि वॉशिंगटन भारत के भीतर असंतोष को बढ़ावा दे सकता है।

It gave social emancipation to the suppressed sections of society. Some people say that Islam spread at the point of the sword i.e. by forcibly converting people. I don't agree. 5% people may have been forcibly converted, but 95% voluntarily converted, because it gave them social emancipation. For instance, at one time dalits in India were treated like dogs. Many of them converted to Islam because they thought it was a religion which at least treated them as humans (2) The Prophet said that for knowledge go even to China i.e. seek knowledge everywhere. BRICS और रूस-चीन से क्या है कनेक्शन?
BRICS उभरती अर्थव्यवस्थाओं का एक अंतरराष्ट्रीय समूह है, जिसमें भारत, चीन और रूस समेत कई देश शामिल हैं। भारत इस मंच के जरिए वैश्विक आर्थिक और राजनीतिक मुद्दों पर अपनी भूमिका मजबूत करने की कोशिश करता रहा है। रूस के साथ भारत के ऊर्जा, रक्षा और व्यापार संबंध लंबे समय से महत्वपूर्ण रहे हैं। चीन के साथ सीमा और रणनीतिक मतभेदों के बावजूद दोनों देशों के बीच कूटनीतिक संवाद भी जारी रहता है।
काटजू के बयान में इन्हीं अंतरराष्ट्रीय समीकरणों को अमेरिका की कथित नाराजगी से जोड़ा गया है। हालांकि, भारत के रूस और चीन के साथ संबंधों के आधार पर यह निष्कर्ष नहीं निकाला जा सकता कि अमेरिका किसी भारतीय आंदोलन को फंडिंग कर रहा है।
भारत-अमेरिका रिश्तों में मतभेद, लेकिन सहयोग भी जारी
भारत और अमेरिका के बीच व्यापार, टैरिफ और रूसी तेल खरीद जैसे मुद्दों पर मतभेद रहे हैं। इसके बावजूद दोनों देशों के बीच रक्षा, तकनीक और रणनीतिक सहयोग भी जारी है। इसलिए काटजू की टिप्पणी को फिलहाल उनके व्यक्तिगत दावे और आशंका के रूप में ही देखा जाना चाहिए। किसी आंदोलन के पीछे विदेशी सरकार की भूमिका या गुप्त फंडिंग का निष्कर्ष निकालने के लिए स्वतंत्र जांच और ठोस सबूत जरूरी हैं।
काटजू का बयान क्यों अहम है?
काटजू की टिप्पणी ने भारत की विदेश नीति, BRICS और अमेरिका के साथ संबंधों को लेकर चर्चा छेड़ दी है। लेकिन सबसे बड़ा सवाल यही है कि जिस आंदोलन का वह जिक्र कर रहे हैं, उसकी पहचान क्या है और क्या उसके पीछे किसी विदेशी सरकार की भूमिका का कोई प्रमाण मौजूद है? जब तक इन सवालों के जवाब सामने नहीं आते, अमेरिका की कथित फंडिंग का दावा अपुष्ट ही रहेगा।
