Saudi Arabia: भारतीय दूतावास ने वहां रह रहे भारतीय नागरिकों की सहायता के लिए 24 घंटे चलने वाला कंट्रोल रूम शुरू किया है। भारतीय नागरिकों को सतर्क रहने, स्थानीय अधिकारियों के दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करने और यात्रा से पहले अपनी फ्लाइट का स्टेटस जांचने की सलाह दी गई है। भारत का महावाणिज्य दूतावास जेद्दा ने हेल्पलाइन नंबर भी जारी कर दिया है।

भारत का महावाणिज्य दूतावास, जेद्दा ने अपने सोशल मीडिया प्लटफार्म एक्स पर लिखा, महत्वपूर्ण अपडेटहमारी पिछली एडवाइजरी के क्रम में, जेद्दा स्थित भारत के महावाणिज्य दूतावास (Consulate General of India) ने मक्का में 'इंडियन हज पिलग्रिम्स ऑफिस' (IHPO) में एक अतिरिक्त कंट्रोल रूम स्थापित किया है। इसका उद्देश्य उन भारतीय नागरिकों, विशेष रूप से उमराह यात्रियों की मदद करना है, जो उड़ानों में आ रही रुकावटों से प्रभावित हुए हैं।
Important Update In continuation of our earlier advisory, the Consulate General of India, Jeddah, has established an additional Control Room at the Indian Haj Pilgrims Office (IHPO), Makkah, to assist Indian nationals, particularly Umrah pilgrims, affected by the ongoing flight disruptions. सऊदी अरब में स्थित भारतीय दूतावास ने लिखा, उड़ानें रद्द होने से प्रभावित भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए -
जो लोग मदद के लिए वाणिज्य दूतावास (Consulate) के कंट्रोल रूम से संपर्क कर रहे हैं, उनसे अनुरोध है कि वे जरूरी समन्वय और सहायता के लिए नीचे दी गई जानकारी अपने पास तैयार रखें
पूरा नाम, पासपोर्ट नंबर और वीज़ा नंबर (यदि लागू हो)
सऊदी उमराह सेवा प्रदाता कंपनी का नाम और संपर्क विवरण
भारतीय टूर ऑपरेटर/ट्रैवल एजेंसी का नाम और संपर्क विवरण
एयरलाइन, उड़ान की निर्धारित तारीख और बुकिंग रेफरेंस
यदि आप यात्रियों/तीर्थयात्रियों के किसी समूह का हिस्सा हैं, तो समूह में प्रभावित नागरिकों की कुल संख्या, सऊदी अरब में वर्तमान स्थान, और समूह के लीडर/समन्वयक का नाम और संपर्क नंबर।
UPDATE/ADVISORY 15 October 2026, 1730 hrs Local Time ➡️ In continuation of our earlier advisories, Indian nationals planning to undertake Umrah pilgrimage in the coming days are advised to take into account the ongoing disruptions to flight operations between India and Saudi Arabia, particularly through Jeddah and Madinah. Those facing uncertainty regarding their travel arrangements may consider reviewing their travel plans to avoid inconvenience arising from possible cancellations or an extended stay. ➡️ For Indian nationals already affected by flight cancellations: Those contacting the Consulate’s Control Rooms for assistance are requested to keep the following information readily available to facilitate necessary coordination and assistance: 1. Full name, passport number, and visa number (where applicable) 2. Name and contact details of the Saudi Umrah service provider company 3. Name and contact details of the Indian tour operator/travel agency 4. Airline, scheduled flight date and booking reference 5. If part of a passenger/pilgrim group, total number of affected nationals in the group, current location in Saudi Arabia, and name and contact number of the group leader/coordinator. ➡️ The Consulate’s Control Rooms in Jeddah and Makkah remain operational to assist affected Indian nationals. ➡️ Personal details should be shared only through the Consulate’s official assistance channels and not in public comments on social media. @MEAIndia @IndianEmbRiyadh
